North East Tour October Half Term 2009
NORTH EAST TOUR 2009 Sunday 25th October – Thursday 30th October During the October Half Term from Sunday 25th of October until Thursday 26th October we will again be looking at travelling to the North East to play against the likes of Sunderlands Academy, Newcastle's Academy, Darlington Centre of Excellence, and Hartlepools Centre of Excellence. The four day tour will leave Plymouth on Sunday morning travelling to the North East via pick up spots on the way. There will be no game on the Monday but to travel and settle in to the accommodation eat at a local restaurant etc. The following three days will be our fixtures against professional sides as well as see the local area. It is anticipated that we will stay in a Premier Inn in North Shields where we stayed on the last tour which is situated next to a JJB soccer dome, restaurant, swimming pool, bowling alley, and shopping centre. The tour will also include a Breakfast Buffett so players can start their day in the best possible way. Players will be required to have money for an evening meal and snacks, drinks during the day. The cost of the tour this year will be £285.00 per person. This is fantastic value for money which includes, Breakfast buffet, travel, insurance, ancillary vehicle, staffing, cleaning of kits etc. Accommodation will be based on 4 people sharing a family room. A deposit of £100.00 will be required by MONDAY 21st SEPTEMBER cheques to be made out to Elite Development Centre, and sent to the address below. The remainder of the payment will need to be in on or before FRIDAY 16th OCTOBER. A more detailed itinerary will be passed out to each player closer to the date once the kick off times and venues etc are finalised. There will be room for parents to attend but please note accommodation will be based on 4 people sharing a room, and the costs will be the same. Important deposits can not be refunded for any reason if players withdraw from the tour. If you would like to book your place on the tour please call head office now on 0845 003 7339.
