SUPERVISION – Players will be expected to act as young professionals and this will be explained in depth at the players meeting on the first day. We must state that this is NOT a holiday. Although we will have time to relax and enjoy ourselves players must behave within our rules and expectations. Our supervision will be constant throughout the day and evening and all players will be monitored on and after our “lights out” time. No players will be allowed outside of their accommodation unit after 8.30pm without a member of our staff.

DAMAGES – any damage to accommodation or the site will be invoiced to us and passed to you. Whilst we do not expect this will happen you must ensure that you are responsible and look after your surroundings. Playing of any ball games is strictly prohibited in the accommodation lanes / areas. If you find a fault with your accommodation please report it to us so we can report it to reception.

Casual Wear for the evening, i.e. 2 or 3 pairs of Jeans, Tracksuit, T- Shirts, Tops, Underwear and Socks.
Swimming trunks and towels.
All players to bring PJ’s/Nightwear, Toiletries

FOOD/PACKED LUNCH – we have found it saves money by getting some refreshments before we leave for tours. Energy drinks/bottled water, crisp chocolate bars, sweets sandwiches, etc are all very expensive from service stations and we would advise that you pack some lunch for the first day and drinks for the week to save money.

PHONES/GAMES CONSOLLES/CAMERAS -
In this day of age, many players have their own mobiles, and games consoles, it is fine for players to bring these on the trip but it is their responsibility to look after them, and I would advise parents to have them covered under your own insurance. As we accept no responsibility to damage or loss of such items.

BANK – any players without adult supervision will be required to pay spending money in to the bank. The bank will be open in the mornings afternoon and evening. Players can then budget their spending and we can also ensure that players have left enough money for food and drink. Players will not need any more than £100 spending money but should take no less than £50. We will expect to visit some attractions on Thursday in Sheffield. Players will not be given money to use for shopping if it affects their food budget for day snacks and evening meals.

OTHER ACTIVITIES – Players will have opportunities to take part in other activities based around our accommodation. On one of the evenings we may be able to watch premier league or football league game. There are also other activities based around the hotel in Sheffield and players may be able to visit these.
