| Communication to players and parents will occur in the follow ways Both players and parents will be inducted into the Development Centre via your induction at the end of the trial, which will detail the aims and objectives of Elite, use of email, website and office. This will be followed by yearly assessments in which parent/player meeting will follow updating progress. Each registered player will receive 2 written reports on their progress over the season, which will be delivered by the department and coaching staff The plymoutheadc.co.uk website will inform players and parents of the weekly arrangements for training and games, as well as upcoming events and news. The coaching staff will also re confirm any information which is presented on the website and detail any other information which may be required by the player at training sessions. Letters shall be downloaded from the website with details on games, trips, tours, tournaments, training etc. All players are expected to check the website weekly to establish confirmation of forthcoming fixtures All players are expected to contact coaching / medical staff should they be unavailable for games or training for any reason.
