Scouting Network

Players are scouted throughout the local leagues by a team of scouts. Scouts are to liase with the coach from their specific age group as to the needs of the team on a regular basis and to attend Development Centre games and training sessions for their specific age group once in a while so they can have an idea of the standard already in the teams. Coaches can also inform the scout if a player sent in has gained a place at the centre or if not what were they lacking, so the scout will have a better idea of what type of player the coach requires.
